Box been off amonth fta only date 16/08/13. Software version PC.2.03 h/w version v3.0.0 any help with new firmware or what have I got to do

Pv4.2.03 software version

Software is OK and up-to-date

Is all the channels there but showing scrambled if so more like to be a net problem. Reboot box hub/router

Assume a scan has been done as a lot of channels have change TP recently,

Still no joy

Do you subscribe to VM if so does the VM box work
Is the box from router wired or wi fi
Are the channels there but showing scrambled, has a rescan been done.

Ye box worked great till a month ago I'm on talk talk done rescans and box is wired to router channels come up scrambled  light on router used to stay on solid when working but now won't seem to connect but router still seems fine

Try the cable from the router for another port, or change the (ethernet) cable.  Could be a faulty cable or port on the router.
Or
Go direct from the modem to box, using the cable between the modem and router, disregarding the router will mean wireless for PC temporary off.
Cables can also be check by going direct from router to PC or modem to PC (this will also check the router)

do you have a live vm feed and plugged into correct port?
