Kryptview A780

Hi All,Just recently purchase A780 which a friend flashed for me but apart from the freeview channels the rest are showing scrambled or no video I have it connected to the modem the mains and vermin do I also require a router if so any particular type,any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried resetting the modem?

Using direct from the modem is OK,not using a router means PC and TV can't be used at the same time.

Suggest your using the wrong Net ID on the box
If you have a VM sub box press Settings/Tech Stuff/ that shows the correct ID for your area.maybe NetId - 40982

Then factory reset using the correct Net ID scanning from a direct feed no splitter.

If above don't work state which firmware is on the box
Menu/System Info should read Date__24/04/11
