can nobody help me when my box is on standby is shos on the display panel ---- when it is on it shows 0000 i did a factory reset but i cant get into provider all connectors are fine when i try to get the provider it goes back to easy installer can not exit back to picture it is stuck on installation

when i reset and it goes back to installayion and pick my provider and then network search it says failled

People are telling you to reinstall the software eg re-flash the box.not scan,if unsure get someone to do it for you

i have seen a few boxes flashed by usb and no channels found,and when flashed correctly by null modem cable and pc channels were then found.

11544,is your box now working if so what did you do.

- -. - - is NOT a problem have had that on boxes.

As before what does it show on the box, Menu__System Info__What date?

The ethernet cable between your router and box change it.
