hi all , new to here hope your all ok.

having probs with my k/v it wont let me put my area in after fact default it just goes back to installation with no channels at all triede putting tps in my self but its still the same not picking up any progs....its DIONHG MY HEID IN any help gratefully accepted

Go to menu/S/W Update although you have the latest press to update.
You may have to reinstall old firmware first

If the factory reset has not helped reckon manually reinstalling a old firmware (this years) then updating with the latest should solve your problem.

Flash the box with the null modem cable using Jan 2011 firmware,check Jan firmware has beenn installed..Menu/System Info

Update with remote with the latest firmware
Factory default,this can also be done before installing latest firmware

Disconnect the ethernet cable and factory default and rescan

This is a manual link for the 24/04/11 firmware try this it maybe a problem with the Jan firmware.Press skip ad top right

i was stuck on istallation before, froze and wouldnt scan,
select free then scan, after scan exit, factory default then rescan on network
worth a try
