lost channels

Anyone lost channels tonight ss2 3 4 all gone plus some movies. s/w update says 10/11/12 any help ????

There are numerous channels down at the moment on all firmwares,it's a KV fault

There is some channels off but not all of them,do you have FTA channels (BBC ITV)
Do you have a live VM feed.
Has the box been scanned

is there another box like kv that works the same but doesnt crash all the time

Presume you mean cable box,you could try KV HD A850 box but it's at bit heavy at around £250.00,bottom of O/P for info

If your into cable tichlcc with no access to sky the cable box you have is probably your best option, normally stable for sports, you will get used to the stability of the k/v servers

but if vm have issues so will others,so check the vm place for faults.
