lost channls

i have a kryptview a780 its not hd and my channls went down on thursday the 10/10/12 when i do a factory reset and search i seem to get only the hd channels am useing liverpool tnd can anyone help thank you

Welcome Peter,
VM have changed the NetID for some areas thats not to say that includes your area.
First check with your VM sub box (if you have one)
Settings__Tech Stuff_NetID
At this moment the channels you are missing may indeed be back on.

i have a tivo box will it be on there

I am in the same boat, my channels have all gone. I cannot even watch the footie. I've tried all the usual stuff from Factory reset, rescanning with no joy.
System Info:
Date: 26/04/20122
Software version: A780 pv4.1.01
H/W version: v3.0.0

I am in the Halesowen area using the TW 04 on 40973.
Please help.

VM appear to be messing with NetIDs at the moment then some come back on using the same ID while others change.
Most of the time FTA is still on,here is some other IDs close to your area,good info you posted

NetId - 40973 (a00d) - Wolverhampton 1
NetId - 40974 (a00e) - Wolverhampton 2
NetId - 40995 (a023) - Wolverhampton TRIALS

NetId - 41015 (a037) - Birmingham TDN
NetId - 41011 (a033) - Birmingham 750

Hi all anyone having problems with KV box today? i am getting scrambled or no video for most of this afternoon and evening. I am new to the KV box, do i just have to sit tight or is there any resets i can do when it happens? thanks
