i have a strvw 3 super box and lost all channls ? i have started it from factory setngs, and when i put it on sky sports 1 it updates to 170% then starts up dating again ? i am with telewest ,virgin and had my box from march and was perfect ? wat can i do ???? thx Crying or Very sad

Key has been changed and this time around we may need to install the new firmware...but by the time being you can enter the key manually...
keys are on the code section posted by alex
