Sky Sports 1 still missing

Does anyone else have the problem?

yeah,do a manual scan on your sky sports 3 frequency ,and your sky sports 1 comes back on

lost sky sports 1,, how do you do a manual scan to get it back cheeers boys

write down the frequency of that channel on paper,in installation go to manual scan and put in the frequency that you wrote on paper and scan.

is all ex c&w london affected by this sly problem ? if not could you post freqs for missing channels so abby can tryt hese

got no sky sports one on my starview 1 is it just today this problem is going on for or a long term one

Try this scan on your lowest TP,if you don.t know the lowest then Menu - Channel Edit - 0000 - Sort (red button) -TP Order (Blue Button) thats shows lowest TP then exit

Menu - Installation - Manual Scan - Down Frequency -= Your Lowest TP - Network Scan = Enable

Some areas Sky Sports1 and Sky Sports 3 are on the same frequency.

Sorry should have added delete the problem channel first and scan from a direct feed.
Thought you were having this problem for a while

im not using a splitter so just doing a factory rescan now and will then delete channel..not used box for a few weeks but espn the same non exixtent

oops think changed frequency how do i get it back ..no channels on box now

You will lose all Fav.

Next time note problem channel frequency,delete it then rescan on the frequency you noted ,quicker and no Fav list lost.

got a frequency back when go into meny option now doing a manual rescan i did elete sky sports 1 so will see what happens now..thanks for your patiants

I presume by frequency you mean Net Id's

when i go into manual scan it sez 1st line that frequency

If you have done a factory reset there is no need to delete any channel,as all channels are deleted before scan starts.

just doing another scan but espn and sky sports 1 still not there

Try this Menu--Installation -Manual Scan-- Down Frequency =000000
Network Scan = Enable ( R/L arrows on remote) wait a moment press OK

ok nearly done the scan now so will try again or might just throw box out window grrrrr

Remember to turn Emu ON when scan is finished

think will ask father xmas for a phone help line on this lol

If you have not used it for a while is the firmware or keys up-to-date.?

put keys in and got everything else apart from sky sports 1 and espn on it

just deleted sky sports 1 and scanning again ..oh well it beats doing the housework

Is Telewest your provider as SS1 problem seems to be on C & W.
ESPN is on the old Setanta channel Rangers or Celtic TV in some areas
