Missing Sky 1

I am missing Sky 1. I have tried a full new install and setup but Sky 1 HD comes up in channel list but not Sky 1. Is there a TP which I am missing.

listed as working ,are you scanning from strongest signal from wall socket.?

u must be as im watching it now bit jumpy tho

Sky 1 uses the same TP as channels below,so if you have them there's no TP missing.

I checked the TP and its definetly been added into Kryptview but none of these come up.

Only thing i can suggest is, it to take the cable out of the back and do a full factory reset. Then screw the cable back on before doing the other scan. Also try scanning on another network. Hope that helped =)

From the opening TP thread "All area do NOT use the same TP"

Therefore you may have the 427.000 TP but that don't mean it is the one for Sky1 group of channels.

Check other TPs on the main TP list to yours I believe they will differ.
As has been said before best to scan direct from wall socket no splitter.
