lost all channels

please can anyone help lost all channels did a rescan nothing came up after the scan any ideas

fault in providers services? maybe try a factory reset and rescan without lan from direct feed,when channels are found and scanned in insert lan and exit out.power off box modem and router for 30 secs then on

hi I unplugged lan rescanned all radio channels came as well as other channels but after scanned no radio and still lot of channels bad signal i think will check when i get home thanks for your help

have just done all of the above fac. rescan ..etc....
channels working ..............have had a look and the 36300 channels dont seem to be working any ideas what i can do to get them on
got new router which is working fine now , no splitter straight from wall feed
any help appriciated

363000 may not be the frequency for your area.

Is there any channels is that section showing

Are the channels there but showing "bad scrambled"
if not
Try a scan for the TPs only Menu/Auto Search/Yellow Button

all other channels working ok just the ones on that frequency ????

Try a Auto scan "Channel Search Type" using All instead of Network

well this is strange turned box on this morning and the missing channels are on i never done anything either ????
change of subject .....anybody know when a hd version will be out want to get another box for upstairs but if hd out soon will wait and just swop them round .......also are homeplugs any good and which ones does anyone reccomend

Perhaps thats a lesson to us all leave the box alone and it will fix itself.
Would not expect HD to arrive until all the problems are fixed.
Home plugs are good I'm told (no need for them myself) best to check all wiring is connect together eg upstairs/downstairs more so in old property.
Try a set from Argos to check the wiring first,they can be taken back later
There is also plugs with USB connections you never know whats round the corner

people forget kv designed them to scan in sleep mode

im in the central area and having trouble with the ...ITV2..COMEDY CENTRAL frequency cant get the channels to come on the scan found channels but says bad signal...
no splitters used ......anybody got any ideas or anybody in central area having same problem
