Anyone else lost all channels?

I live in the teesside area (north east) and this morning my starview box has displayed scambled or bad channel on all channels including freeview channels that are not usually disrupted. The signal strengh is strong, my codes are up to date and my emu is turned on is anyone else experiancing any problem?

Re-Boot, turn off at the back then back on
Which Starview box do you have 1,2.3.4?

It is a starview 1 clone

As said re-boot box.
Press default key and reinstall keys,if box has not been updated with the latest firmware.

Thankyou I rebooted the box and refreshed the keys and it's back on so thanx for your help
