I don't know what has happened but my kryptview doesn't respond to the remote! It isn't the remote as I have another Kryptview downstairs and it works on that box. I'm a bit worried as I can't doa factor reset or anything. Could it be because all the channels are down? It does still turn over and switch off if i press on the boxes buttons. Any thoughts?

Have just sorted it!! It was a loose wire inside. To solve this, I took out the 5 screws (3 back, 1 l/side, 1 r/side), then slid the top off. I could then see a mass of wires all going into a plastic rectangle thing (technical lingo i know!). I could see that it didn't look secure, so gave it a gentle push back into its slot, nice and snug like. turned it on and off via remote, channel up and down via remote, problem solved. Please note that I did unplug it from the wall socket, do not open it whilst it is plugged into the wall!
