Update from your remote control

Menu - Installation - S/W Update
This will install the lastest softwrae for your box,if it does not have it.

If the latest update is already on it will show up quickly, make sure connections are all OK from router to box.

Council TV presume that means FTA

The server is not down, have you rebooted both box and router then waited a few moments before switching back on.

Just had another look at your area and all boxes are up and running.

Presume it has worked before and the latest firmware is installed.
Menu - Installation - System Version

Also try rebooting modem and box
