Just about to go and buy A780

but can someone please tell me before i do; does this box still work? where is the best place to buy a box? and finally can you just confirm this will work on the virgin connection i have..... many many thanks =)

yes they do work but channels keep comeing and going (on/off)
you pay your money you take a chance, but they are better than the other 1 (sv)

easy to set up ,flash it once with correct firmware ,(read jonpc sticky above your post], then all other updates from remote. plenty of sites selling for £140 ,google it, with the footy about to start i think its worth buying, as nobby says its a gamble, i was like that 10 months ago and i went for it, up to you mate

Well a gamble that I'm very happy that i took. Now I've got to go and now I've got to get some home plugs as I can't put a ethernet cable thoughout the downstairs and then upstairs! Too much drilling! I know I'm going to have to get a homeplug, but will i need to buy an extra 2 for both the boxes?

Modem - Router - one ethernet cable to box and another to plug,then from upstairs plug to other box.
Only two plugs needed
