mine gone 2 (midlands) tried rebooting resan nothing just saying scrambled or no video,,fta channels working

I don't know if this is in any way licked, but i have 2 boxes and one of the controllers doesn't work. they both work on the box downstairs but not upstairs. Is this normal ? I can change the channel only by the box buttons!

Most will be aware that all KV boxes are down,the problem should be fixed before the end of the week,possibly by tomorrow.

Reboot box,modem and router.
Are the FTA channels available.
Are the channels there but showing scrambled.

my box downstairs works, but the box upstairs just goes from 'scrambled or no video' to 'no or bad signal'

sounds like a bad cable feed signal.try rebooting your box modem and router as in off at rear for a min then on to check its not a lan connection issue. Very Happy

in birmingham is anyone else having trouble getting the Itv 2 ,comedy central ,eurosport channels,
signal says 88 quality says 0
any ideas please
have tried rescan...reboot...checked all wiring...no splitter....new router fairly new modem as well........
used come on first thing when put box on but go off after a while tried turning power scan off then but no joy
is this a birmingham problem or are others having it
help appreciated

Itv 2 ,comedy central ,eurosport 2,these channels are working on KV.
Check a VM sub box if you have one for eg ITV.2 to see if it's working in your area,if not report it to VM.

just checked my vm box them channels working dont understand why cant get on kv all seems ok with other channels seems strange looks like its a b'ham thing if the boing boing having same prob.....

@ baggie.... looks like we back to the good old days of the kumars ...now instead of asians we got chinkys........ lets just hope judas mcleish has a crap start at the vile see what they think then...

ps... dont think anyone got SS4 and SSN

SS4 and SSN still off for all.

Some of the channels you list are not working on KV eg Eurosport
