If I update the box, does it get rid of te glitching?

Yes mate do the update if you have difficulty downloading then do it early hours in the morning i did it at 6pm took less then 2 minutes and that would stop glitching, also my update seems to be 20/01/15

Yeah i have tried it, but it seems to get stuck. Never had that problem in the past. Ive only tried it in the evenings at about 6ish. I'll try early morning at around 1ish?

Went through on second attempt and works well.
No glitching at moment, great improvement, Many thanks to you guys for the update.

my box is going off fairly regularly. i have tried the s/w update but it only goes to 10%. any help out there? cheesrs

Update the box early hours of the morning, takes a couple of minutes.

When box stops updating abort and start again, it will not complete download once stopped.

my k780 only updates to 99% still glitching like mad. any advice? i did the update overnight too

The box has not updated if it only went to 99%, this can be confirmed  Menu--System Info will still show old firmware date.
Makes no difference if box stops at 9% or 99% abort and start again download takes a couple of minutes at the most, early hours of the morning is best.

Can anyone help my box keeps on going off every 1.5 min on average saying scrambled or no video I have done a rescann with no change and changed the Ethernet cable sill no joy help please

Reboot the router & box, scanning won't help as it a net/KV problem, is the latest software installed.

not seen any issues for days,recheck your setup and cable.
