Presume the channels don't show at all,eg scrambled
That means you are a TP missing be to rescan from the wall socket without the splitter.
The TP may not be 36300 in your area,scan on NETWORK

hi
got an xl vm package and broadband
all other channels ok on kv but.....
very strange itv 2 eurosport on this morning when got up
stayed on for an hourish soon as changed channel to SS1 for a while then back again ..signal gone
anyone know reasons for this
have tried turning power scan off once on bu that no good either...
im stumped

Can't understand why it's strange as the problems with your box is the same as,

Both the channels mention are glitching on the KV set-up as well as others is using that TP

Watch, Gold, Dave, Alibi, Yesterday, Eden, Good Food, Home1, TV5, Sky 1 Diva TV, Nat Geo, Nat Geo +1, Sky Arts 1, Attheraces, Bloomberg, Price-Drop TV............ but no Sky Showcase....... Hope that helped =)
