If they do work they will be in SD only,so don't get excited

Hi, ive just recently got the box flashed it with 24 04 2011 firmware. Finds all the channels but only can view the fta. All are channels are saying scrambled.

Can anyone help please. Ive re set the box and modem. I have 50mb broadband and basic vm package. Also the box will not find channels unles both ethernet connection and vm cable is plugged into the box

Both ethernet and VM cable should be connect to the box,to view channels.
The software you have is out-of-date 2012 is needed, Press
Menu-Installation-0000-S/W Update

Hi was considering purchasing a kryptview. Im in Merseyside are these problems common and can you get the ppv boxing etc on them.

is the kryptview worth getting I am in liverpool and the SV has been down for a few weeks now!!!! Do you set up in the same way ie ethernet and feed from vermin. any help appreciated

At this time the KV is working very well,it;s the same set-up as SV but there is no need to waste money on subs.

Hi jonpc i have just got a a780 box in liverpool area and can only get 55 channels ss1 ss3 are working but very limited others I have s/w dated 26/4/12 versionpv4.1.0.1 H/w 3.0.0 any help i have scanned all providers. easy step by step would be great

Very likely you are scanning on the wrong NetID
If you have a VM sub box form remote--Settings--Tech Stuff--No1
Then do a factory reset and select the correct NetID,some areas of Liverpool use a Manchester ID
