hi all

just did a full rescan and reboot and it seems have lost the 36300

channels not found on scan

any ideas how to get back or do another fac rescan

363.00 TP is working although channels are breaking up.

Try a scan direct from the wall socket it may be a dud splitter.

Single channels ON--403 & 528----Sky Showcase & Man U

Most TPs will most likely go off for a period of time over the next few days for work to be carried out.

Off__235.00--259.00--443.00 __On 13/11/11

Off__371.00-apart from Sky 2

channels been going on an off on sub box last week or so like "really "daughter freaking out as sub box is hers came back "good food" went off,take it`s local

There is problems with KV boxes on all firmwares,you are not alone.

As you may have noticed mosy of KV channels are down with only
187.00 & 267.00 working at the moment.

What do you mean in the latest message when you say that KV is adding new channels soon and that is why some are not working this weekend?

This post was started May 2011 when KV was coming back on line,(the new channels soon will be edited)
VM do add channels now and then and change TPs more so on the HD channels.

Oh I understand now. Sorry So why do 3 TPs stop working on the same weekend?

Maintenance has to be done at some time,good weekend as no Premiership footie.

But as ESPN has a top FA Cup match, I am surprised they chose this weekend to do it

The KV team are United fans (ManU/Newcastle) thats why they pulled the plug.

The Man U match yesterday was on ITV1 fortunately

they would be because they dont come from manchester like most of the man utd fans we support our local team boing boing

VM are changing some TPs (look at opening post) in some areas,best to rescan.

If the channels are all still in place, does that mean the TPs have remained the same in my area?

Yes, the post says in SOME areas ,not ALL areas,your area MAY change at a later date.

Sorry for asking another obvious question but I have only been using a KV since early January. If I do need a rescan,will it actually happen automatically if I am in Powerscan mode and, if not, do I have to do a Factory Reset and then Installation again?

powerscan mode should detect movement of channels unless a new tp not used before comes into use,then maybe a factory reset/rescan is needed.
