It as before cable TV lead from wall to box.
Also
A ethernet cable from router to box (same type of cable thats connects modem to router) https://dooby2oons.forumotion.com/kryptview-f18/cable-for-kryptview-t2191.htm#11777
Or
"Home Plugs" they use the electric circuit cables in the house.
Router - Home Plug (upstairs) Home Plug (downstairs) - box
Two "Home Plugs" are needed, they plug into the wall socker in the house.

The router to home plug is connected via a ethernet cable
Home plug to KV box via a ethernet cable

Looks like your using the wrong Net ID as some have changed recently.
If you have a VM box you pay for - press,
Settings - Technical Stuff - Network ID (top One) that your Net ID
Or
Your area provider is Telewest try these IDs
NetId - 41008 (a030) - Liverpool TDN TRIALS
NetId - 41011 (a033) - Birmingham 750
NetId - 41012 (a034) - Preston SA TRIALS
NetId - 41015 (a037) - Birmingham TDN
NetId - 41016 (a038) - Liverpool TDN
NetId - 41018 (a03a) - Preston TDN

This is a verry good link.

As stated use a VM box (if you have one) for the correct Net ID for your area.
