Lost signal
Just turned my box on this morning and my box which is a the box super is not receive a signal. Rang my brother in law who has the star view 5 box and he has the same problem. I have a normal vm box that works ok. I have not been sent a new card. I live in the Northampton area. Any ideas. Thanks.

Re: Lost signal
if you remove coaxial cable from box and put it into tv does it work then or not,if not maybe a local breakdown, any channels working on box maybe frequency changes again and if so a factory reset auto scan and emu or keycode enable should work, also check the updated n3 thread for new areas added.

Re: Lost signal
Tried all this. Did a factory reset and tried auto scan and nothing. So i tried a manual scan and i noticed the box was not recieving a signal. I think the box must be brocken. Like i said in my first post i get a signal on my normal vm box. It just seems very weird both my box and my brother in laws has stopped at the same time.

Re: Lost signal
Your area has just changed to 3.7 firmware (for VM boxes only)

If you have a Starview 4 update firmware to 1.12 and rescan without the splitter

Re: Lost signal
even in irl on n3 you can still scan in all the channels but viewing you cannot see any .i presume coaxial was not inserted into wrong socket, cable input is correct one.
