I recently swithced on my box and thhier is no signal on all channels i tried numerous factory resets and firmware upgrading/degrading and no channels are picked up its still the same can anyone help or shed light on my situation

cable signal problem,check all connections,are you paying a sub for tv service and internet.

no i havent had a sub with virgin for over 6 months ive been using the cable feed only and i have aol internet.
