no or bad signal problem

Yesterday morning i got the above message come up on all channels when 1st putting the tv on, checked both my lines which were connected. so restarted the blade & all channels then worked fine.

However then last night the channel i had on kept flicking on & off until i then got the same message come on, checked other channels which also had the same message.

Now i am hoping this is just down to the snow (weather issues mentioned by sly in central/southern areas), although when it snowed a few weeks back there were no issue.

Is anyone else having the same issues? or is it possible i have a fault with my box?
