Looks like your using the wrong frequency 27500/29500 look like system rates.
Posting the frequency you need on open forum wont do any harm,is the correct polarisation (H/V) being used.?

cheers for help ,freq is 11914 symbol should be 27500 but it jumps to 29500, pola is h

11.914 H is as you say 275.00 you may already have that TP,press OK on remote then the red oblong button to TP check for 11.914 H.

It appears that all the channels on the box may be out-of-order check http://www.ultimatecs.com/forum/f81/
This has happened beforehelp with 3D blade combo
unfortunely with no feedback
There will be new firmware with the 9991 patch in the download section soon.
A rescan will be needed 28/03/13 for Sky Movies unless a channel list is used.

ok thanks, I think I have an upto date channel list, so I'll wait for new firmware maybe that will help

Check some of the channel frequencies on the list to see if they match channel freq. on Kingofsat

Double click on any channel on the list (transponder),then match it with Kingofsat'

thanks jon i worked it out, i went to menu, channel search , changed scan mode to manual, pressed green button, and changed frequency and symbol rate , and pola then scanned and found all the channels i was looking for. i didnt know i could do this , hope this helps someone else.

yep all running ok, had starview previous to blade, so glad i changed, well impressed with my blade, over 2 years now and still going strong. thanks again for help
