help with 3D blade combo

Hi, my blade 7000 combo say's no signal on 3D
did a blade on line up date but no good then i tried a sky F3 box
and that works fine on 3D i'am on 2.8 did manual scan and blind,
but still no good on Blade. on T list sky box say's 12461/H/ 29499
but on blade it gives me 1246 which i scan but gets no signal
this is only on 3D, Please help

Works OK on Combo using 12460 (zero at the end) H 29499

Try manual scan on above,search type TV Only,does the box show red bars at the top or yellow/green.

Hi, tried manual scan , still no joy . red bars only at the top,
could this be a dish problem ? I am use a 1.3t, with a Black Ultre
40mm LMB . but when i put a sky F3 box on 3D works fine

If it was a dish problem others channels would be affected on 28.2E.

Other channels also use 12.460 H S/R 29500,Sky Arts 1,Sky News,
try menu,OK,red button to TPs,look for 12.460 H and try other channels on that list.

Jut looked at the TPs not showing 12.460 H on the list,
but it is on 11.053 H , 3D, sky art's 1 Sky news, But no signal,

could it be that I have the wrong firmware , I so what f/w would you recommend? please

Sky F3 being OK then the alignment on the dish is OK

Combo and dish are on wrong wavelenght.

On Combo go to dish setting, if using USALS this will help

Dish is in fixed position not motorised , Combo and dish are on wrong wavelength ? please explane

Dish is on 28E for the box to scan the correct TPs the box is not set-up with the dish,hence wrong wavelength.

Best go back to factory settings,firmware will NOT be removed,from Dooby's sticky,
To reset the box to its factory default state do the following: With the
box turned off hold the MENU button down on the front panel. Power the
box up while still holding the menu button down. You will now see the
Engineer Boot Menu. Select Option 3 to perform a factory reset on the
box. PLEASE NOTE: This will erase all user settings on the box and
return it to its factory state.

Forget the first part as firmware is already on box,go to
Then the no channels page will load and follow tut.
Both these stickys can be found in the Blade 7000 section

did all that still no joy , still showing red bars on 12.460 H.

From your previous posts the Sky F3 works from the same dish and feed,no problem.
Factory reset as in my last post,
Then
Go to downloads and install the latest firmware for the Combo making sure not to download the Blade 7000, follow HiTecks sticky.
