blade combo help

Hi
Help needed to set up VM side of blade combo
have got sly side ok
when looking for channels found terrestrial at end but when clicking it nothing happens
Have put VM line in box
Am a bit stuck at moment
Oh and I have a connected line for VM as well
Need a step by step guide to set up please or some good advice would be appreciated

Menu - Installation - Channel Search - 0000 - Terrestrial/Tuner2 - Exit

Satellite = Terrestrial or Tuner2 (2014 firmware shows Tuner 2)
Scan Mode =  Power Scan, takes a while, a auto scan can be done at other times
Symbol Rate = Telewest/NTL
Qam - 64/256
Press red scan button
Presume firmware is for Combo not 7000 lol

put the new blade combo firmware on box 
But can't get 9991 menu and it doesn't decode 
Signal for box to work 
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong
Just put on us and downloaded like all other firmware I've put on boxes

The firmware is it the patched version, the official version won't work the 9991 on menu.

Is the Mar 2014 firmware in downloads the patched version

The Mar 2014_______09/06/2014 don't know where that came from as no firmware has been releast recently.
Have not bother to update any boxes since they were bought, no need to.

Have now updated a Combo with Mar 2014 no problem, it's patched
Menu-- Installation--System Info==Mar 24 2014a*

Press downloads -Blade Combo -Mar 14 Download- remember to upzip it.
