starview 2 problems

hi i am running a starview 2 with 457 firmware but my channels keep disappearing and replaced with a message scramble or bad channel also it freezes turns itself of the reboots and comes back for a while any ideas please

done a factory reset reflashed now it turns itself on and off freezes got a mind of it own

not having opened my starbox yet but is it a fairly easy task to carry out and what are the things called exactly

the ones i seem to only be able to find are uf and not mic

the number 11 cap in the picture on mine is not swollen or leaking , what ive noticed is that when i turn the starview off by the handset after a few minutes it turns itself back on then it ok for a few minutes then freeze the goes off then back on haunted i think
