hi there could any body help me i have lost sound on all my channels on my skyview 3 thanks

Very good chance it's the connections at the back, ie scart leads.
If not try a scan from a direct feed ( no splitter)

its already a direct line ,tried different scart leads still nothing tried changing audio l r on remote,tried all resets still nothing

Have you tried a factory reset.
Is the sound OK on the TV without the Starview box

sorry took so long to get back [holiday] yes sounds ok on tv and mute is not on tried different remotes thanks for replies mark
