Yes done all that and still get notice downloading not requested ?

It will be available to download via remote hang on, are you using the correct cable.?

Tried download via remote but starts then stalls and don't move any further will try later maybe to many trying at once

k4n3y I'm downloading via remote it may seem that it stalls but it is actually moving but really really slow I've been downloading since 4.30 pm just got to the letter O lol

yes ur right left it about an hour now and at around 15%,will cancel it the now and let it do it's thing during the night if taking that long

I think it might take longer then the night the way mines going. I've just left mine to do it.. looks like I'll be watching the snooker on bbc2

Did try one earlier got to 25% then stopped perhaps VM are messing around.

Been nearly 5hrs now and just over 50% done.

has anyone managed to complete download and has it fixed the problem

I'm at about 90% been over 6 hours I just hope it actually does some sort of fix 🙏🙏

i just download it and it seems ok in just 2 mins

yes posted working now try doing factory default first then switch off at rear then do update as its running better now then rescan .
 box working much better with odd glitch and very happy people.

Mine keeps getting stuck do I need to plug box direct into my router at the moment I use home plugs

Left on all night came down to 100% but freezed,followed new instructions,done default then new update but back to very slow download again

Me too mate started again still very slow download.. whenever I did this before it literally used to take 1-2 mins.. I'm thinking there are a fair few of us downloading via remote hence why it's so slow

hence why using null modem way is quicker.

did mine last nite via remote no probs took about 30sec and voala

Mines not working at all... Tried software update via remote but just says "searching new update"... Does not seem to find it. Any ideas?

I've never updated via a null cable.. Think I'm just going to have to be patient can't really complain in 5-6 years I've had to be patient before

don't have null cable and now its not connecting to update via remote,pain in the butt,if i can borrow a null cable where is the download to be found

look in the corner m8 where it says downloads bottom right hand

sorry m8 not in there go to top of this post 1st 1 is the file you will need to do it via null
