ok as you are new to this at a guess you may need new firmware,with remote menu system info and look at the date and tell us what you have.

ahh too old you need to manually reflash box,same way you did when you first got it to the new may2013 one

I have the same problem. My system info is the same as the member above.
How do you manually reflash the box?? Again, new to this thing so I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated.

I was trying a LAN update. Will the cable that connects from the A750 to the I connect box be ok for me to flash the box???? Is that a null modem connector??

yes thats the cable port for the flashing of box,unsure if the cable with the iconnect is correct,as its a null modem cable is needed.

I,ve been trying to download the flash file but my pc says i need a programme to open the file,can anyone tell me what i need.

just checked the file,you dont need a programme to open it as its a bin file,just follow the stickies

There is NO need to open the file.

Go to downloads and download the "DownTool"

Once that is done follow the instructions on the second vid (flashing the KV780)
