channels

hi all
i seem to have lost a couple of channels
namely ITV2 and comedy central.... has any body else found this
i have done a couple of factory resets to no avail.... any ideas out there
or can you give me the settings so can find manually
it seems channels 0113, 0115, 0118, 0119, 0120, 0122, 0132, 0133..............not sure if all should be there but
not on my channel list
any help would be appeciated

Some of the channels you list are HD
There has also been so VM areas down today

just realised some are hd
but have lost itv2 and the comedy channel
any ideas how to get back have rescanned
have you got setting so can find manually
or have they gone off kv.

The channels ITV2 and comedy channels are all available on KV.

ITV 2 = 363 Channel 115
Comedy Central = 363 Channel 132
Comedy Central + = 435 Channel 134

This is the frequencies for my area, not all areas are the same.
Tip is you have a old box (before Nag 3) connect it up this should show the channel frequencies for your area

i tried but seems to do full scan instead of just for one channel
looks like the 363 frequency is the one missing

Check Power Search Mode is on, then reboot TV
Menu - System Settings - Other Settings

Have you scanned from a direct feed (no splitter)

Is the correct Net ID been used check VM sub box Settings - Tech Stuff -Net ID - No 1
