Hi , new to the kryptview game so can someone help me please !
Hi , i just bought a kryptview 780 box a fortnight ago .... i had all the channels then they stopped working about
4 days ago .... ive factory restored / searched again using the TP code for edinburgh ( my area ) and all i
am getting is ch 1 - 5 .... ive tried the same over and over with no joy !
When i try to do a SW update it just comes up ( allready updated ) OR it says searching and will do
that for hours and nothing changes so have to exit out.
Can Anyone tell me if im doing something wrong please ?
cheers

Net ID for Edinburgh
40981 [Edinburgh 1]
40982 [Dundee (Edinburgh 2)]
If you have VM sub box using VM remote,Settings/Tech Stuff/No1 that shows the correct NetID for the box
Menu/System Info with show what firmware is on KV box 11/11/12 is the latest.

I dont have a VM sub box as i have just moved into a flat and the VM cables comming in are live so i have my internet all working its just the Kryptview only works on 1 - 5 after searching !
I am thinking mayby the server supporting the boxes may be down ?????
also the filmware is 26/04/12 im sure it is.
i have tried rebooting the modem lots of times and it dosent help atall.

Boxes are working, try a direct connection from the wall socket with splitter,it could be your splitter.
Some other NetIDs for your area,
40999 [Perth]
41003 [Edinburgh 1 TRIALS]
41009 [Falkirk]
Are the channels there but showing scrambled

Don't think the box is in need of medical attention, should be OK.
