kryptview lost channels 1/9/12

lost movies and some sport as per the list , ive downloaded the update is there anything else I can do to get all the channels back back?

when did you do the update as i have not seen any reports of problems yet,did you try a factory reset and rescan from direct feed,and choosing correct net id.

There have always been problems with which Net ID to use for your area,best to check your VM sub box for correct NetID.
From VM remote Settings-Tech Stuff-NetID

Scan direct from the wall socket no splitter (you may have a faulty splitter)

It is not a KV problem as all Sports/Movie are working.
