For those whose box says disconnected but have an ip address there is an update from starview that fixes this problem

no thebox says not connected even if you have paid the subscription it wont work until you update happened to me and a friend works fine after the update

it is a problem at their end if you have say 3 months left,you have to pay again to reconnect and they will add what was left on sub to your new sub,so sub for 6 months + 3 = 9 hopefully,others had no problems in updating and working straight away.some had the problem
