starview7 blank stuck on clock timer ?

hi my starview7 box went down today was meant to go down nxt month so when i tried to reboot it i got logon message then blank and the clock is counting up like a timer any ideas how to rctify this prob also cannot get into any menus as blank. thanks in advance.

think your missing my point i said i have blank screen no menu no logon message so no box num so how do you suppose i pay without that ?

silly question but did you check your scart lead is inserted correctly or swap scart lead?

yes checked the scart checked all connections it was working then just went down then when i rebooted got logon message then all went blank

What does it show on the front of the box.?

it shows thw boot then 4 dashes then starts a clock

Is the box set to radio press the TV button

no the radio kicked in for a few seconds there so tried putting it back to tv then all went blank again so tried rebooting it and after word boot it says something like ucr then goes to 4 dashes then onto clock with everything blank

I have had a similar problem in the past caused by inadvertently pressing the AV/TV button on the remote. Try pressing it then rebooting, hope this helps

sorry mate , misread you, if no luck with av/tv try this for a reboot
1. switch box on wait for a few seconds untill booting has finished.
2. Press MENU on remote
3. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON once
4. Press RIGHT ARROW BUTTON once
5. Press DOWN ARROW BUTTON twice
6. Press O.K BUTTON several times until you get a reboot
