box stuck on 800 channels only

Got starview 7 box but cant get off channels 800 to 898 !! asian channels i think it says on info speciallist!! Anyone any ideas thanks.

if you rescan your box that should sort it

Presume you have installed the latest firmware.
If so as above rescan from a direct feed no splitter.
Also reboot both box and router.
All Starview box were down yesterday becase of the server
