help blank box

hi people of KV. woke up this morning and my box is blank. everything is gone also one of my kids must have dropped the remote in a little water, but i have dried it out. everytime i press a butto a green screen comes up. pls help meeeeee:(

Should have taken the battery out quick and left it to dry out for a period of time
Using a phone camera,as if to take a photo of the I/R at the end of the remote press any button will light up if OK
Or
Ebay is your friend

So i need a new remote. Do i need 2 upload all the data back on 2 the box again? So basically do i need 2 do the box as if it is brand new. Also thanks 4 getting back 2 me so quickly.

Box and all data OK.use buttons on front of box
If remote still does not work but a new one off Ebay.
Tip, take battery out of remote and dry with a hair dryer

Hi mate the box display is showing 0000. I have tried using the buttons on the front and going down 2 auto search but there is no button to press ok.

Best to wait until the remote is dried out or a replacement bought.

Box is still new,so if there is a fault it can be returned after reinstalling FTA firmware which is in download section

anyone in the midlands know where i can remote for my box plsssssssssssssssssssss. i will pick up. thanks

hi people, my control is knakered. my box is erased. i neeeeeed help pls. i need to find someone nearby to me to put firmware back onto box and get channels back while i wait for a new remote. by the way i live in coventry. plsssssssssssssssssssssss helppppppppppppppppppppp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

you cant erase firmware unless its flashed,menu-system info??? what date is on it.

Hi is there a problem with lost channels tonight ss 2 3 and 4 and some movies gone off

yes jonpc said kv ,but vm had issues also today also.check their site for issues.
