hi guys.glad most kv channels are back.was wondering if u cud help with a prob?not bout kv.its my laptop.anytime i try to watch anything,the screen freezes,and get circle in middle.jus stops and starts.doin my head in.any ideas?many thanks.

hi are the above channels on yet ... in central area and dont seem to be working ..have done a full fatory reset and scan
am i doin anything wrong or are they not on in thia area

Are the channels there or are they showing "Bad Channel"

Presume you don't have any of the above channels showing,remember they may not be on the same TPs as showing.
Try it direct from modem without router and splitter.
Will have a look to see if others in your area have this problem

Also try scanning on a different Net ID,if using one of the two below try the other.(or check the VM sub box,Setting/Tech Stuff

i keep losing channels the itv 2 and sky living frequencies was on yesterday got up today and not working am i doing anything wrong cant work it out have scanned factory reset tried everything i think any ideas could it be the settings
looked on vm box and net id 41011 and get 43 come up
tried scan on 41015 and only 41 comes up
and ideas would be appriciated

PS... what router do people recommend for the kv box is there any preferences mine is my own netgear wnr2000
but this seems to switch itself off and reboot every now and then
modem is from telepest and is quite new
any advice please

im on the same set up as you mate,unplug your lan and reboot your router at the back, should be ok.netgear are normally ok, cheap and cheerful

tinking of buying a new router my old one is a few years old now and is getting a bit dodgy
was looking at the reviews and linksys WRT310N looks ok
has anyone got any suggestions
