server problem?

hi guys are the servers down as i have lost all but fta channels done all relevant checks with no joy am i n durham/ teeside on ntl sorry virmin any help much appreciated thanx in advance

VM are having problems all over the country at the moment.

Working with Faults today Est fix time we have for the missing channes is 02-MAR-2011 12:34:38 - full national fault

hi jonpc channels slowly coming back glad it was just v/m fault cos my little lad has been going mad all day without his playhouse disney lol

hi taffyd, like most people had problems and didn't realise was a uk problemt. Earlier this morning switched modem/pc off, factory reset and re-scanned channels but still have not got any sly and other channels only fta.
Do i need to re-scan later on tonight as all sly channels are scrambled. live in cov on vm

hi jeffo all i can suggest is to wait no scan should be needed but it wont hurt if you do decide to scan dont worry m8 they should come back on a lot of mine still off but they keep coming back in dribs and drabs at least it aint as bad as it might of been

cheers taffyd, just got message from home that most channels are back, but factory reset was done again. thought we were doomed then. next time if they go again ill just wait for info rather than reset eveything. cheers for help.

check provider first for problems next time
