server problem

hi guys is it me or is there a server problem? have lost quite a few channels includin livin bravo and a few kids channels they went off yesterday have tried re/set box and router still no joy tried deletin prob channels and re scan all with no joy am in durhan/teeside area on ntl hope you guys can help as my little lad went mad when he couldnt watch wreslin on bravo thanx again guys i no if anyone can help you geniuses are the guys to ask

i did here yesterday there was a maintenance work been done,no one else has said anything.you did scan correct id did you.with lan removed

most of the time it a server update eg works better in sleep mode
k/v are quite consistent
normally a reset on box on router does the trick

There was area problems in the North yesterday.

UK Gold and others are down with some others on the same frequency.
Try where possible to use the channels with + ie UK Gold +
