cant get xxxx channels

hi guy can som1 tell me how to get xxx rated channels every 1 of mine gone down please guide me through it slowly as i aint got the hang of these new boxes yet oh am on ntl durham/teeside region dont no wot id do without you guys on this site so big thanx in advance

you could try switching box off then on might come back on new frequency

The XX channels as well as some others are down at the moment .
