cant get some channels

i guys wonder if any of you geniuses can hel got the box up n runnin thanx to your bril tuts bu i hav prblem with a few channels espn the main one all i get is scrambled signal any ideas big thanx in advance

maybe try a factory reset and rescan and reboot box and router,remove any splitters first.scan correct ids will give you most channels.
