Scrambled or no video

Hello people, is there a problem with kv? I have checked with virgin and there r no faults. No channels r working apart from free view. Thanks

same here no channels just free view on a750 and a850 please help thanks:(

no problems where i am,in my experience the service can go down in the wee small hours for maintenance etc

The 750 is finished and won't be updated.

KV has been very poor as late, channels missing,glitching,freezing, perhaps if it does go off for a period of time it may improve the service.

It was just a slight problem only channels not working properly are Disney and Disney +1

Both Disney & Disney +1 are working, if these channels are also not working a TP is short, rescan needed.

Surely you are not saying the 750 is finished altogether? It is working OK here and I hope it will continue to work in the future.

Reading your other posts, the box you have is the 780 not the 750.
