Help how do I get started with my blade

Hi just got a blade 7000s need as much help as possible how to get started

This a previous post, suggest using ultimate registation needed.
Ask the server provider for a test line, have a look in downloads

Firmware install
Download BM7000s-122p-Jan-13 and put onto usb pen drive and connect to box
To
flash the firmware, you need to go to utilities then download, press ok
on the BM7000s_APP_LD_119p_20101230.stb file then it flashes leave to
update.
Then do the same if installing CSinfo.txt

When latest
firmware is installed press 9991 to get hidden connection setting select
slot1 and enter info sent from cardshare supplier

If you fill out a CSinfo.txt and upload it to box you still have to press 9991 and hit connect

nothing happening when I press 9991 any ideas please

More than likely the offical firmware has been install which dont have the 9991 option

Any help setting up my blade 7000s I've been given a test line with 3 things to put in my 9991 options I have I'd ,address and password to put them in am not sure what order they go and on my 9991 options there's no ip in the either to do ip test could you help doin my ed in

The line should have been sent like, C: [server address] [port] [username/ID] [password].

There is four not three inputs, port is the number.

Hi having same problem here all the lines av tried wont work got everything else ready to go here is the line for example ends in .biz then a 5 digit num after them I'm gettin my user name span-10 digit nimber together after that is just is the des-key numbers so haven't got a clue where to put what when I do 9991 .
I gather the address is what ends in.biz the 5 digit number is port
After that I don't get it span - with the little line an 10 digits all dark is the only other thing I've had got of the 3 test lines I've tried so for example span-6547656645 where do I put what in options9991

The only other thing I've had of the 3 lines was themes-key number any 1 help been trying for days to sort my blade

Is this right for options 9991

Only 2-6-7-9-10 should have to be filled in the rest should be OK
Example,
C: men 13000 ember ring

Here's what I've got in 9991
1 name
2 protocol = First letter only eg C
3 time out
4 filter mode
5 filter list
6 I'd = immediately after numbers eg ember
7 password = last on list eg ring
8 des- key
9 address = first on list, eg men
10 port = numbers on list, eg 13000

Any info as to where you were going wrong as it may help others.

Am all up and running had 2 test lines and there is no sound with hd and movies any ideas am on a blade 7000s.
Is it my box or could it be the lines I have tested?
