Channel issues

Hi guys i hope one of you can help me i have been having problems with some of the channels on my box, they keep losing signal and the message (no/bad signal) pops up then goes and the picture pops up again and all is fine for a bit then it happens again. so far i have tried a factory reset, scanning all the channels again and a hard reboot and nothing seems to change. When i was doing a channel reset i was watching the 2 bars at the top the level bar never drops below 80% but the quality bar goes up and down like a yo yo, when it drop to around 25% in the red it does not pick up any channels but when it is up around 65 - 80% the channels are flying back up. also one last point i only seem to have half the channels i used to have about 480 before in was around the 800 mark. i am at a total loss i really hope you can help

Thanks guys for your help i have tried a few things manual serches etc but the plot thickens i have replaced the lnb and the signal strengh has gone up to 90% which is good but the quality still jumps around when i do a scan. also i have done a few manual scans and found some channels which now work, however i have still lost some odd channels like channel 5 etc.. the strange thing is on my freesat box upstairs i still have channel 5. can anyone think of any other suggestions as i am about to pull my hair out.

Is Channel 5 using frequency 10964.00 H S/R 220.00 as stated on

thanks for your help jonpc i have been going through the manual scan list and cross ref with kingofsat most are ok there are a couple that are out so changed them but still nada it seem strange that the level meter goes red at the same time as the quality meter even though it still says 85% just got a real horible feeling it maybae a new box for me just going to run a temp cable in tomorrow from upstairs make sure its not that before i go ordering a new box if you know of anyway to test the box let me know

Was running a BM box earlier today at 98%. your dish may have moved slightly with the winds we having.

Manual rescan the channels you can't get with a full scan first.

go to blade online astra 28.2e then select your region and update and that should sort your channels out hope that helps
