Carrown: Any body know is Starview 7 working in the Northwest.

I have paid my subs till april 2013. My subs tell me that, when I log into mystarview. But when I turn on my box Log in message says it ran out on 2 Nov. I have email box1969 shown them I paid but no reply. Are other People getting the same problem. I would like to know what other cable boxes are on the market that would give a better service.
