kryptview problem

hi all,got a kryptview A780 which was working fine last night but just turned it on and im only the basic 1-5 channels all the rest are scrambled or no video,i've tried the usual rebooting router,factory reset stuff and scanning from a direct feed but i'm getting no joy any advice or help would be really appreciated.
the system info is
date 26/04/2012
software version kryptview A780 pv4.1.01
H/W version v3.0.0

i would have tried powering off at rear modem router and box foraround 30 secs then on.
did it pick up channels on the scan?

up and running again it turned out to be a faulty modem.
