copy. to a extrernal storage device or ubs pen (make sure its formatted to fat 32)

insert extrernal storage device or usb pen into the usb ports at the rear of the box

Press menu > utility > Usb > uk >.ups > ok

s/w upgrade > ok

wait for s/w upgrade to complete and box to restart

once restarted

Factory Default
menu > installtion > factory default > ok > ok

Scan for Channels
menu >installtion > autosearch > ok
sybol rate "your symbol rate" > search >wait for search to complete > ok >exit >exit

Activate
got to premium channels (ie sly sports 1) press 1819 on the remote


Screen format
menu > options > osd setup > screen format > ok > 16:9 > ok > exit > exit

your box number will only show 6 digits
this is not a new box number
it just shows the last 6 digits off your box numbers
easily checked
at top right sub to vip
click sub history box number in full here

F...again this problem is being looked into at the moment

it is not just one area its up and down the country
boxes showing expiry dates
again it is being looked into
and will be fixed

Hi managed to upgrade SV7 firmware to V3 but now login window now sayin box blocked with my 6 digit code. Tried rebooting and trying to dowlink the link for channel dumps but can find any or have I got the wrong link. My sub hasn't expired yet and no date displayed on the sys info

starview have blocked your box,they want you to buy another one and screw you again,they only interested in money not service,have a read of the other starview threads,and dont touch euroview as they are the same robbers.
