New firmware has to be installed for system info to show box number

Install new firmware from download section and then menu, utilities, system info for box number

i have instaled new firmware and looked in system infomation my box no. is now only 6 didgts long how can i get the full box no i new to cable boxs and any help is much appreciated sorry about spelling and thanks for any help

All SV boxes are bad news now, check downloads bottom/right for firmware
