is starveiw still working

hi not long joined this site wich iam enjoying had old eurovox box then went to the starveiw hd combo on cable since then ive moved and the new house iam in has sat so does starveiw hd still work on the sat side so can i get a c/line for it, or iam i better getting a blade 7000 many thanks
